This website was started by a former mortgage broker & real estate investor in response to the overwhelming need for rent to own homes in this economy and the disappointing rate of success most people have when doing a rent to own deal. A lot of investors are lazy and will not hold your hand through the rent to own process. They sure will take your down payment though and if you can not get a loan by the end of the contract date, they say bye bye to you and take another downpayment from someone else. You (the rentee) need to take initiative and get your credit up to par by the time the contract is up. Do not wait until your contract is about to expire to fix your credit!!
